Fenton Art Glass
Fenton Art Glass has long been a favorite of collectors. If you have not explored the world of collecting Fenton glass, please take a look at our catalog. We have tried to include both modern and vintage selections. If you like a particular type of Fenton Glass, please explore the other years of production. You might find something else that you like.
Moon and Star Glass
The Moon and Star pattern glassware was originally produced in the late 1800s, and has continued to be manufactured through the years by various glass companies. The pattern is extremely popular, and has been collected and used by many people over the years. It is a pattern that is well worth taking the time to learn and collect.
MOSSER GLASS
Mosser Glass, located in Cambridge, Ohio, has been manufacturing quality hand-pressed glass products for over thirty years. Their handcrafted glassware lines consist of Carnival, Vaseline, and Opalescent, as well as hand-decorated pieces.
DEPRESSION GLASS
The "Golden Years" of depression glass, 1930-1935, were tough years for the United States, but it was during this time period that cheap, machine made, colorful glass was produced in profusion. It was not high quality glass, often with flaws, and was given away in cereal boxes, and as premiums for other purchases. This practice continued on after the depression ended, and continued on for some time. Collectors have discovered how pretty it is, and the variety of colors and patterns makes it especially desirable. I hope to be able to find enough depression glass items to offer some good choices for buyers.
PRINCESS HOUSE CRYSTAL
Princess House has been manufaturing and distributing crystal since 1963. Although the company has expanded its base of lines and diversified into other areas of production, their crystal pieces still remain popular for collectors and people who have sets that they wish to add to or replenish. My interests lie in the vintage lines of Princess House, which I will try to represent on this page as much as possible.
CARNIVAL GLASS
Carnival Glass was first produced by Fenton in 1907, and it continues to be made today. Carnival Glass is pressed glass that has had an iridescent coating applied. Without this coating, it is not classified as carnival glass. There were several glass comapnies that produced carnival glass in the early 1900s, but only Fenton remains in business. There are many patterns and colors within the carnival glass category, and it is often difficult to figure out what is what in the carnival glass world. The pieces are beautiful, and it is easy to see why it is popular with collectors.
